At Light Vitality Group (LVG), we are doing everything in our power to make sure light wellness solutions and circadian health education gets into communities' hands. LVG was founded by architectural lighting designer and CEO, Regina Lausell, in January 2017 as a collaborative platform for light wellness support, bridging inter-industry representatives who share one common undertone: to support an individual's ability to live life to the fullest through supporting circadian health. With a focus on architectural lighting design practices, LVG offers consultation services and community workshops nurturing a wealth of expertise, education and engagement between communities, trade members and the products that make Light Wellness solutions and circadian regulation possible. LIGHT WELLNESS EXPERIENCE WORKSHOP RETURNING October 14th! This round of workshops will be focused on environments - both inside and out - and how adjusting light levels can support both your health and biodiversity. Discover useful tips on how to connect the indoors with outdoors to better preserve mental and physiological health while also preserving the integrity of our earth and the species we depend on to keep our planet healthy and thriving.
Join us every day at 10AM EDT between October 14-18 for a 30-minute breakdown of the key principles to living a life of Light Wellness, and how to best apply them to your lifestyle! The live sessions will take place in a private Facebook group which you may access with the link below. They will also be available as recordings on the official LVG YouTube Channel for the duration of the event.
